Sale and Purchase Fees

Buying 

Conveyance up to $2.5m, no mortgage – $1200 plus GST and disbursements

Conveyance up to $2.5m with mortgage – $1490 plus GST and disbursements

Conveyance over $2.5m – please get in touch

PLUS (if applicable):

Kiwisaver, Trust or Company (if any) – $300 plus GST and disbursements

Company / Family Trust / Other entity / Guarantor – $300 plus GST and disbursements

Each additional Registration Mortgage – $250 plus GST and disbursements

Buying – Attending Auction

If you win at auction, the fees above will apply and will be payable on settlement date. If you do not win at auction, our fees will be charged on a time basis but not more than what the fixed fees would have been. Our auction estimates are below:

A unit with a body corporate – $900 plus GST and disbursements (approximately $1,050 altogether)

A house or land (no body corporate) – $600 plus GST and disbursements (approximately $720 altogether)

Refinances

 

1 refinance by itself (1 registration and 1 discharge mortgage) – $880 plus GST and disbursements

Additions

Each additional property owned by the same entity – $300 plus GST and disbursements

Company / Trust / Other entity / Guarantees – $300 plus GST and disbursements

Wills, Estates and Powers of Attorney

Simple Will (i.e. no trust) –  $520 plus GST and $40 disbursements

Will where a trust is involved – $1040 plus GST and $40 disbursements

EPOA’s (people typically get two each – one for property, one for personal care and welfare) – each EPOA $350 each or if a couple who get both each then 4 for $1,200, plus GST and $40 disbursements

Trusts

Family Trusts – time and attendance but estimate as follows:

Setting up a Family Trust – $2,100 plus GST and disbursements

Setting up Family Trust plus moving property to Trust – $2,600 plus GST and disbursements
