You can get an indication of what your fees and costs will be below, however for a final quote please contact us directly with the details of your property transaction.
Sale and Purchase Fees
Buying
Conveyance up to $950k – $990 plus GST and disbursements
Conveyance from $950k to $1.3m – $1200 plus GST and disbursements
Conveyance over $1.3m – $1400 plus GST and disbursements
Conveaynce over $2.3m – please get in touch
Registration of mortgage (if any) – $490 plus GST and disbursements
Kiwisaver, Homestart, Trust or Company (if any) $260 plus GST and disbursements
Each additional discharge mortgage – $340 plus GST and disbursements
Company / Trust / Other entity / Guarantees – $260 plus GST and disbursements
Buying – Attending Auction
If you win at auction, the the fees above will apply as per usual and will be payable on settlement date. If you do not win at auction, the fixed fees below will apply and will be payable on invoice:
A unit with a body corporate – $900 plus GST and disbursements (approximately $1,050 altogether)
A house or land (no body corporate) – $600 plus GST and disbursements (approximately $720 altogether)
Refinances
Refinances *please note we have discounted fees with approved mortgage broker partners – please ask for more details
1 refinance by itself (1 registration and 1 discharge mortgage) – $880 plus GST and disbursements
Each additional discharge mortgage – $350 plus GST and disbursements
Company / Trust / Other entity / Guarantees – $260 plus GST and disbursements
Wills, Estates and Powers of Attorney
Simple Will (i.e. no trust) – $520 plus GST and $40 disbursements
Will where a trust is involved – $1040 plus GST and $40 disbursements
EPOA’s – $350 each or if a couple who get both each then 4 for $1,200 and $40 disbursements
Trusts
Family Trusts – time and attendance but estimate as follows:
Setting up a Family Trust – $2,100 plus GST and disbursements
Setting up Family Trust plus moving property to Trust – $2,600 plus GST and disbursements
