Special rate for refinances

Nu Legal is offering a special rate for refinances – from $900 altogether (this is including GST and disbursements). *Extra costs will be added to this base rate if the property is owned by a trust or company, if a second tier or private lender is involed (i.e. not a main bank) or if there are any guarantees/guarantors.
